The Public Relations Coordinator serves as an integral member of the Dollar General Public Relations team. This position will support Dollar General by researching and creating content including press releases, press advisories, press kits, media pitches, social media outreach, customer service responses, talking points, executive communication and more as assigned. The PR Coordinator will also serve as the front line to Dollar General’s media hotline and manage proactive and reactive real estate inquiries. Further, this position will serve as an official company spokesperson and a back-up to the Senior Director of Public Relations and Senior Public Relations Manager roles.
