McNeely Brockman Public Relations (MBPR) is a boutique communications firm specializing in strategic communications, media relations, community and stakeholder engagement, and digital strategies.

Nashville-based MBPR was formed in 2018 as a spin-off from MP&F Strategic Communications, Tennessee’s largest independent PR/communications firm. Mark McNeely, who founded MP&F in 1987, and his daughter, Kelly Brockman, also a veteran communications pro, teamed up to focus on their areas of expertise.

MBPR is dedicated to cultivating strong relationships through compelling stories. We are small by design – tailoring our approach to each client’s specific goals. We have the luxury of offering clients an effective, cost-efficient partnership with access to the creative capabilities of MP&F.
