As the Communications Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping our long-term vision by identifying strategic marketing initiatives, fostering collaboration, and evaluating results to maintain our reputation for integrity and excellence. You will work closely with our Senior Vice President of Communications and collaborate on internal and external communications initiatives. Your responsibilities will include media relations, providing strategic recommendations, and overseeing the internal communication function to foster collaboration across the ministry and resolve conflicting priorities.
In addition to managing communication strategies, you will provide valuable support to our ministry leadership team through resources such as talking points and speeches. As a leader, you will also have the opportunity to mentor and develop our communication team, fostering a learning environment rooted in Biblical values and creative problem-solving.
